1) How would you describe your videography style?

There are many different styles of wedding videography, and the right style for you will depend on your personal preferences and the vision you have for your wedding video.

Here are a few common styles of wedding videography:

  1. Cinematic: Cinematic wedding videography is characterized by a polished, film-like look, with smooth camera movements, color grading, and a focus on capturing the emotion and romance of the day.

  2. Documentary: Documentary wedding videography is more natural and candid, with a focus on capturing the events of the day as they happen. This style may include interviews with the couple and guests and may have a more raw, unpolished look.

  3. Artistic: Artistic wedding videography combines elements of both cinematic and documentary styles, with a focus on capturing the beauty and artistry of the day. This style may include creative camera angles and special effects.

It’s important to choose a wedding videographer whose style aligns with your vision for your wedding video. Be sure to ask about their style and watch examples of their work to get a sense of their approach to filming weddings.

2) Can we see examples of full wedding videos you have produced?

It’s a good idea to ask a potential wedding videographer if you can see examples of full wedding videos they have produced. This will give you a better idea of the videographer’s style and the overall look and feel of their videos.

Watching full wedding videos will allow you to see how the videographer handles different lighting and audio situations, as well as how they capture the key moments of the day. It will also give you an idea of the level of editing that goes into the final product.

If a videographer is unable or unwilling to show you full wedding videos, it may be a red flag and you may want to consider looking for a different videographer. It’s important to choose a videographer who is confident in their work and willing to show potential clients a representative sample of their past projects.

3) What is included in your wedding videography package?

The contents of a wedding videography package can vary greatly depending on the videographer and the package you choose. Here are a few things that might be included in a wedding videography package:

  1. Filming of the ceremony and reception: This is typically the core of a wedding videography package, and includes the videographer capturing the key moments of the day, such as the ceremony, speeches, and first dance.

  2. Interviews with the couple and guests: Some videographers may include interviews with the couple and guests as part of their package. These can be a great way to capture personal stories and memories from the wedding day.

  4. Multiple cameras: Some packages may include the use of multiple cameras to capture different angles or perspectives of the wedding.

  5. Editing: Most wedding videography packages will include some level of editing, such as color grading or music selection.

  6. Delivery of the final video: The package will typically include the delivery of the final video in a format of your choice, such as a digital file or DVD.

It’s important to carefully review the contents of a wedding videography package before booking to make sure it includes everything you want and need.

Overall, it’s important to choose a wedding videographer who is prepared for any potential technical issues that may arise on the day of the wedding. This can help to ensure that your special day is captured on film.

6) Do you have liability insurance?

It’s a good idea to choose a wedding videographer who has liability insurance. This type of insurance protects the videographer and their business in case of accidents or injuries that may occur during the course of filming your wedding.

Liability insurance can also provide protection for the couple in case something goes wrong with the videographer’s equipment or if the videographer is unable to fulfill their obligations for any reason.

It’s worth asking your potential wedding videographer about their liability insurance as part of the booking process. This can give you peace of mind and help protect you and your investment in your wedding video.

7) How do you work with the photographer to ensure that we are both capturing the important moments of the day?

A good wedding videographer will work closely with the photographer to ensure that all of the important moments of the day are captured on film. Here are a few ways that a videographer may work with the photographer to achieve this:

  1. Communicate beforehand: It’s important for the videographer and photographer to communicate before the wedding to discuss their plans for the day and make sure they are on the same page. This might include sharing a shot list or discussing specific moments that each person will be responsible for capturing.

  2. Coordinate schedules: The videographer and photographer should coordinate their schedules to make sure they are both present for the key moments of the day. This might include the ceremony, formal photographs, and the reception.

  1. Have a backup plan: A good videographer will have a backup plan in case of unexpected events or changes to the schedule. This might include having backup equipment on hand, or having a contingency plan in place in case the videographer is unable to film certain parts of the day.

  2. Be flexible: A good videographer will be able to adapt to changes and unexpected events as they arise. They should be able to think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to ensure that the important moments of your wedding are still captured on film.

  3. Communicate with the couple: It’s important for the videographer to stay in communication with the couple throughout the day to ensure that they are aware of any changes or issues that may arise. This will help the couple feel reassured that their special day is being captured in the way they envisioned.

9) How long after the wedding will we receive our final video?

The amount of time it takes to receive your final wedding video will depend on the videographer you choose. Some videographers may be able to turn around a final video within a few weeks, while others may take several months.

It’s a good idea to ask your videographer about their turnaround time as part of the booking process. This will give you an idea of how long you will have to wait to receive your final video and allow you to plan accordingly.

Keep in mind that the editing process can be time-consuming, especially if the videographer is working on multiple projects at once. It’s also worth considering the scope of your wedding video – if you have chosen a package that includes multiple cameras, drone footage, or other special effects, it may take longer to produce the final video.

Overall, it’s important to be patient and understand that creating a high-quality wedding video takes time.

10) Do you have any additional services, such as the ability to live stream the wedding or create a same-day edit?

Some wedding videographers may offer additional services, such as the ability to live stream the wedding or create a same-day edit.

Live streaming can be a great option for couples who have guests who are unable to attend the wedding in person. A videographer who offers live streaming can set up cameras around the ceremony and reception to transmit the event in real-time to a private online platform.

A same-day edit is a video that is created and edited on the day of the wedding, and typically includes highlights from the ceremony and reception. This can be a great way for couples to share their special day with guests who were unable to attend, or as a way to relive the memories of the day right away.

It’s worth asking your potential wedding videographer if they offer these services, as they can be a great addition to your wedding video package. However, keep in mind that they may come at an additional cost.

Weddings and elopements are confirmed only by contract and first deposit. Usually couples book their event 6-9 months in advance: for this reason, please contact us in time so that we can check our availability immediately.

It’s important to note that a date cannot be reserved until a formal contract is signed with our videoography studio. This policy is in place due to continuous inquiries, as multiple couples might request the same date during the same period.

Generally work is divided into two types: weddings and elopements.

For the wedding what is delivered is:

  • Trailer 4K (from 2 to 4 minutes).
  • Film 4K (from 10 to 15 minutes).
  • Extra videos 4K (these are video clips in addition containing full speeches, dances and other things).

For the elopement what is delivered is:

  • Instagram Reel (60 seconds).
  • Film 4K (from 5 to 7 minutes).

However, nothing prevents you from extending your requests when signing the contract. Request more information and take a look at our pricelist to find out about all the services we offer.

In our packages, travel and stay expenses are included in the cost because we regularly travel throughout Italy to shoot weddings. Being based in different places in Italy, we do not inflate prices for travel because we are close to major and famous wedding locations. Therefore, no matter where in Italy you choose to have your wedding, our costs remain the same.

Please note that VAT is included in our prices. However, our prices are listed in Euros, not in dollars, and any currency conversion fees and taxes from their originating bank are the responsibility of the clients.

Generally, no more than 90 days for the complete work, as written in the contract. However, by choosing “fast delivery” you can receive the finished work within 15 days.

The videos are delivered in digital format via our Google Drive. However, upon extra payment, you can request a usb pen box set on which you can keep a copy of the videos.

Our videography studio operates as a cohesive team with a shared vision and methodology. Consequently, we can all ensure the same reliability and style consistency, However, during our acquaintance you will know immediately if I will be free for your event or if my team will be present.

For years so far, we have chosen not to charge for the drone as for a service apart, so it is already included in our basic package and there is no increase in price. This instrument will be used at our discretion, where there is needed.

In some places drone use is unfortunately not permitted. In that case we will use 4K stock aerial footage of the location.

In a wedding we generally stay from 8 to 10 hours. For an elopement the service time ranges from 4 to 6 hours.

Obviously it is possible to create a tailor-made contract for you in order to cover the entire event (welcome dinner, night party, post and pre wedding experiences).

Yes, you can make some small changes to the video such as scene changes. It is not possible to change the music because the music is always chosen by the couple before starting the assembly phase.

We always give the couple the choice of two important things:
the music and the parts of the speeches.

The music can be chosen by the couple before or after the wedding day.

For the speeches, however, we send the couple all the videos of the speeches and the couple can tell us the most important minutes they want to have in the video.

In this way we try to create a product that is as close to what the couple would like to receive.

Obviously this is not a requirement. If the couple doesn’t want to do this, they can totally rely on our personal taste.

With our videography studio, we do not directly offer photographic service. However, we do offer the “Film Frames” service, which consists of about 100+ images (vertical and horizontal) in 4k from our clips. This allows you to have one team at your event, one image style and cut the cost in half. Alternatively, we will be happy to recommend some professional photographers with whom we frequently work throughout Italy.
