The Sorrento Coast is certainly one of the most famous locations in Italy. Known worldwide for its natural beauty, landscapes, scents and flavors, this area is a true treasure chest of all Italian treasures. The Coast is situated along the Gulf of Naples, in the north of the Sorrento Peninsula, and faces the Mediterranean Sea.
It stretches from Castellammare di Stabia to Positano, where the Amalfi Coast begins instead. This area is characterized by breathtaking landscapes: sheer cliffs overlooking the sea, enchanting bays, and villages perched on rocks that over the years have been transformed from small fishing villages to major tourist centers. Exploring these places means getting lost among alleys scented with sea and lemons, discovering ancient traditions and taking a dip in unspoiled bays.
The coast offers its visitors not only a great deal of natural beauty but also a vast gastronomic tradition, influenced by the proximity of the sea and the presence of gardens and orchards of a specific variety. The products used are simple but of great quality, which is why they attract tourists from all over the world (if you like seafood cuisine, there is no other place in the world where you can taste it so good!).
The most typical product of the Sorrento coast is the famous limoncello, a liqueur made from lemon peel that is produced specifically with Sorrento lemons and a special processing method that has been handed down for generations that makes it unparalleled.

In fact, Sorrento has a millenary history, which has its roots in a time even before the Romans: it is debated that this town was founded by the Greeks or the Etruscans to become only later part of the Roman Empire. From that era Sorrento still preserves part of the town structure, as confirmed by the numerous archaeological excavations that have tried to reconstruct its ancient layout, and it was during this period that it already became known for its beauty and mild climate, attracting wealthy Roman patricians who built their villas here.
Even in medieval times Sorrento maintained this charm, becoming a powerful Duchy, often targeted by attacks from neighboring cities precisely because of its riches. Getting married in this place pervaded with history means interweaving one’s love story with the very ancient one of this place, creating an unbreakable bond between lovers and this land.

A wedding that will never be forgotten
Milena and Jerome’s wedding was magical, they are a beautiful couple full of love and energy. It was truly an honor for me to be able to witness the beginning and crowning of their love story. The venue where they celebrated, the warm day, the atmosphere and scents in Sorrento… everything was perfect. Being there with them and capturing their emotions with my videos was touching for me as well.
What I love most about this job is just being able to create a lasting testimony of such a meaningful moment. I had the opportunity to tell the story of these newlyweds alongside a very talented photographer, Vanessa Tivadar: our jobs as photographer and videographer, different but complementary, gave Milena and Jerome an indelible trace of the first day of their lives together as husband and wife.
Vanessa is a wedding photographer who likes to portray her subjects in the most spontaneous moments. She especially cares about creating a harmony and a bond with the couple that goes beyond the work: it is the only way to be able to achieve that result of such intimate and deep images. In short, it was a wedding not to be forgotten and that will not be forgotten: everything was meticulously organized and nothing was left to chance; the bride and groom were able to spend their day without thinking about anything but enjoying every single moment… also because they had the best wedding planner!
Evelyne Scharer is a wedding planner and a true pioneer in this field. She has been working for years as an event planner and to this day there are so many wedding couples who rely on her to plan their perfect day.
Working side by side with these two professionals created an incredible synergy in which everyone gave their best to give the bride and groom everything they desired. I do this job because I am deeply convinced of the great importance of having a team of professionals to carefully follow your wedding day, because some things are experienced only once in a lifetime, but with a beautiful video, you can relive them whenever you want.
